• Sessions can be held via Zoom call, or face to face when restrictions allow in a convenient place for you in Staffordshire, Shropshire or Cheshire

• Book in your sessions at at time thats suitable.  

Restrictions  -    must be 18 years or older, subject to availability, all video calls are Mon-Fri 9-5pm excludes Public and Bank Holidays. New customers only,  Customer support is available where you can choose when  to start the coaching program.
