Important Information - What The Artist Needs From You:

A clear front facing image of your pet is required to be sent to the seller along with any other details you'd like to add including background colour and pets names.

Time Scale (After Receiving Your Images)

• Within 7-10 working days you'll receive your sketch artwork for review and painting
•  You can discuss with the artist if you'd like to make any changes
• Any further changes maybe subject to additional fees
• When you're happy the design will be posted with free first class post

How it works

• When you've bought we'll send you an email
• You'll receive all the details of the seller who will fulfil the order
• Personalisation of your pets name and background colour of picture are discussed with the seller after purchase.
• All orders will be despatched to the delivery address entered at checkout.  

Returns

• You're responsible for return costs to the seller
• 14 day return or exchange
• Personalised, personal items with hygienic seal, bespoke, perishable, made to order items are non refundable

• Allow up to 5 working days Monday - Friday
