Change Your Job With Confidence 10 Hour Video Course At JM Professional & Career Coaching Services
A short 10 hour video course that coaches you through a series of activities to give you clarity, direction and confidence to change what you are doing and finding the job of your dreams. Be excited on Monday morning to go to a job you love! Improve your confidence, identify your key criteria for a job, your strengths, transferable skills, carry out a gap analysis and put together a development plan to plug the gaps. Finally have a 121 session with an experienced coach - it's all part of the course! Give yourself the best possible opportunity to love what you do.
Units Included In The Course:
There are 5 units in the course and it will take you in the region of 10 hours to complete, depending on how thorough you are with the activities and how much research into different jobs you undertake.
Unit 1. Confidence development investigate common reasons for not feeling confident and small things you can do to improve your confidence.
Unit 2. What is your ideal job? developing a set of criteria for your ideal job that you can use to assess whether a job is worth applying for.
Unit 3. Where are your gaps? carrying out a gap analysis to see what strengths you have, your transferable skills and where you need to develop.
Unit 4. Plan your own development plan how you can fill the gaps you have and show prospective employers that you are proactive and know what you need to do to improve.
Unit 5. Review Progress book a session with JM Coaching to answer any questions, review how you have got on with the course and talk about next steps.
